Samantha Della Noce

Samantha Della Noce (Weinstein) is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson, a REBNY Certified Buyer Representative ®, and Director of Operations for The Kelly Robinson Team which ranks in the top 1.5% of teams nationwide (source: WSJ).

Samantha is a native New Yorker and has successfully represented more than 350 clients throughout NYC. Prior to joining The Kelly Robinson Team at Compass, Samantha spent almost 6 years working at a boutique brokerage in Upper Manhattan, where she was awarded for her excellence in building a network-based real estate business.

In addition to helping her clients find their dream homes, Samantha loves to share her knowledge in the real estate field through hosting seminars for first-time buyers and first-time renters. Samantha has hosted these seminars at various colleges, studios, and coffee shops, and finds it so rewarding to help clients learn more about the buying and rental process in New York City.

Samantha was awarded the designation of Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) from the Real Estate Negotiation Institute. She also serves as President of the Compass Young Professionals NYC Chapter and Operations Manager for the Compass Young Professionals National Board.
