September 2025 Edition
Because celebs flip homes like the rest of us flip couch cushions looking for the remote.

When jewelry designer and style queen Kara Ross decides she’s had enough of her 2,000-square-foot terrace on Fifth Avenue, you know she’s moving on to bigger or at least breezier things. Her newly-listed Lenox Hill penthouse is asking $9.75M, and yes, it comes with a custom color-changing onyx bar. She worked with Tony Ingrao and Randy Kemper to give the co-op a full glow-up, but these days she’s spending more time between the Hamptons and Palm Beach. As one does.

NBA star Luka Dončić just picked up Maria Sharapova’s serene Manhattan Beach pad for $25M, complete with minimalist interiors, Pacific Ocean views, and a two-lane bowling alley because cardio is important. Designed by Sharapova herself, the house looks like it came straight out of Architectural Digest: Calm AF Edition. Honestly, if your jumper’s that good, your real estate game should be too.

The late Colts owner Jim Irsay’s legendary Indiana compound has sold for $11.75M. The estate features everything: indoor pool, home theater, basketball court, par-3 golf hole, and roughly enough bathrooms to never see your guests. The 24,000-square-foot main house was once the backdrop for many NFL soirées, now it’s someone else’s fantasy football headquarters.

Marky Mark is parting ways with his long-time Beverly Hills estate, asking $21.8M. This 14,000-square-foot manse has a gym (of course), a pool with a slide, and a wine cellar for post-workout Pinot. Since relocating to Las Vegas in 2022, Wahlberg’s letting someone else live the Entourage dream. You bring the abs. The gym is already installed.

Former Texans quarterback Deshaun Watson quietly sold his Houston estate for over $1.2M. The home featured a spacious media room, swanky finishes, and more than enough outdoor space for a casual spiral or two. After a few price reductions, it’s a win for both the market and whoever just snagged a celebrity address.

Luxury buyers want space, privacy, sustainability, and rooms that make you sigh out loud. Add wellness rooms, tech-driven everything, and plenty of Zoom-worthy corners and you’ve got the modern dream home. Bonus points if there’s a party barn or a cold plunge.

Some are listing, some are buying, and some are doing both before lunch. If this roundup proves anything, it’s that even celebrities love a good upgrade, especially when it involves a rooftop terrace or a second kitchen for their personal chef.
Stay tuned because if they’re moving, we’re tracking it with a martini in one hand and Redfin nowhere in sight.
